The property is very walkable to many downtown restaurants. The unit was very well stocked with dishes, cutlery etc. Drip coffee pot with coffee and filters was an added bonus for us late risers. Host Mark was very responsive to questions and checked in with us the second day to ensure our stay was everything we hoped for. Contactless check in and out was very easy. I feel so fortunate to have found this place in planning my trip to Banff. The suite was a great size, felt very private, and had everything we needed. It also had the easiest walk (5 minutes) to all of the shops and restaurants. The space also included some extra amenities like hiking poles and umbrellas, which both ended up coming in handy. Our host, Mark, was fantastic and really made the stay go as smoothly as possible. He was communicative, flexible, and even messaged us to check-in during the stay.
