Franco was very accomodating and very responsive on all my queries. The chalet was cozy, impeccably clean and well stocked. The kids love the Harry Potter room. The location was perfect! The facilities were great and there was nothing that we needed in the property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout of having 2 showers was very helpful with 2 teens. I think that some of the fittings could do with updating in the next year or so as they perhaps aren’t as modern as they could be, kitchen and bathrooms for example. The communication with the owner was outstanding, very responsive and helpful with the couple of queries and great recommendations as well. This is a perfect location! The unit was spacious and decorated very sweetly. The beds were comfy and the unit was stocked with anything anyone would ever want. The best part? The hosts were so sweet and replied instantly to any questions we had, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special and we really appreciated every little touch they added! Communication from Franco was excellent. Canmore is conveniently located near many of the top attractions in Banff, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.
