Our host was very generous with the chalet supplies from shampoo,conditioner and body wash to coffee and tea and various other essentials like salt, sugar etc.The place was very beautiful but upon closer inspection it appeared a bit tired in places like ceiling stains and worn light switches. We did run into a couple problems with a broken bed leg and no hot water but our host was quick to respond to our queries and did his best to remedy our situation. He was very apologetic and seemed to really want to help. Overall I highly recommend this chalet as it's charm outweighs any negative factors. Exactly as described in the Ad, the unit is new and cozy, and with everything we needed. Check-in process was very smooth. Host Ben Li is very responsive to our requests and helpful. The location is also fantastic. It's about a couple of minutes drive to the Banff National Park, 10 minutes to Banff Town and Canmore, where you can find plenty of restaurants and do your shopping.
