As all things Banff it is overpriced and poorly maintained. Design is really ridiculous. The lobby space is a joke and the couloirs cramped. Walls are full of luggage carriers impacts. Lifts are dirty and, overall, it isn’t a comfortable space. Room was ok. Restrooms are very small and cramped. Kitchen is ok.
