Search Residences in Cancun from CA $61

I loved my stay here last week for many reasons: 1) Value for the money--luxurious ambiance at low price. 2) Super friendly staff. Especially the concierge who called a taxi for me, and it came within 3 minutes. Next day they notified me when my tour van was coming up the driveway to the lobby. I really appreciate this. 3) Location! Felt completely safe. Away from the maddening crowds and so quiet. Attached to a relaxing mall where there is food, shopping, and an Oxxo convenience store to get...

Awesome

We loved this property. Great food, great service, Diego and Dario were always available to help us. We would return to Cancun Hyatt Ziva

Food was good, clean place, good customer service. The only thing that we didn’t like is to pay every time to sit next to the pool. When we booked we chose all inclusive, but it didn’t seem like it because we have to pay everyday to join the seat on the pool

Excellent service and amenities

From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well. The staff immediately took care of our needs and welcomed us with cool towels and arrival drinks. Check-in was simple and fast. The atrium of the main building is as stunning in person as it looks on the Internet. We recommend eating at KAO during your trip, which is located one the lowest floor in the center of this atrium. After we got settled, we were treated to a first-class experience the rest of the way. Our concierge, Israel, took care...

One the most beautiful places and so quiet and personel was incredible

No other words than excellent. The staff extremely attentive, the rooms were super comfortable, the air conditioner was great, kept humidity out completely. Even though the rooms have carpet, the rooms (and the whole building) smell beautiful. My only negative was the bathroom counter space, there was nowhere to put our toiletries without cluttering the counter, it has double sink making it very limited on where you can put the toiletries for three people. A nice little stand between the tub...

I enjoyed my stay and would book again!

Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

We are a young family of 4 with two children, ages 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this property for 5 nights and 6 days during the first week of October. It was a great time and we would gladly do it again! The weather was nice, despite hurricanes nearby. We were very lucky. We loved the hotel for several reasons. We were upgraded from a 1st/2nd floor ocean view room to the 9th floor upon arrival. What a nice surprise! The view was beautiful, especially waking up each morning and sitting on the...

Great resort. Best food we've had in Mexico. Definitely will be back!

My husband and I recently stayed at Viento Suites for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better place to stay! The location is very walkable and close to everything. If not within walking distance, it was only a short car ride away. Our room was very clean, comfortable and the AC worked great. I also have to comment on the amazing water pressure as that has sometimes been an issue at other places that we have stayed (As someone with long hair, this becomes...

This resort delivers on the promise of a great party! While they do have a quiet pool for people to take a break, I can’t speak to it. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation - this is not the resort for you. The staff were very friendly and super attentive. I felt incredibly safe. And the food was excellent (some of the best resort food I’ve had). Never had trouble getting into an a la carte restaurant, and the buffet was terrific for all meals. The entertainment staff work so...

Everything from food, staff, and hotel was great!

Very good condition. Excellent breakfast.

A beautiful resort with great food options

Wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

We just stayed 11 nights at the Ventus Ha with our 3 children (8, 10, 12) and had the most memorable experience. The property is on the north side of the road and provides access to the Marina El Cid as well as the Ventus El Cid, plus all of their respective amenities, restaurants, bars and pools. The Ventus Ha itself is the most serine and modern of the 3. The fact that it is across the road made it more secluded and private almost, and the other properties were easily accessible by “carrito”...
