Very very nice mattress, slept like a baby. We have a top of the line at home but this was a pleasent surprise. Only complaint was that the bathroom door rested in the middle of the bathroom, without a door stop it swung to the centre becoming dangerous.
When we arrived I was greeted by the most friendly staff who dealt with my check in. My request of a room with the view of Big Ben was fulfilled and this only made me so much more impressed about my stay. The hotel is absolutely fantastic in my experience 5* luxury just to walk through the reception ...
I have stayed previously and given higher ratings. However, long check in queues and not all positions staffed. Bath cleanliness was poor with scum
We really appreciated the bar and grill accompanied by a bar. The food was wonderful, drinks were great and we did not have to leave the property. The next morning there was a wonderful buffet breakfast that was perfect to set us up for a long day of travel.
Having stayed at this Hotel on other occasions and being very happy with our rooms, on this occasion we were rather disappointed in our room, It overlooked St Katherines Dock which was fine as it is a pleasant view, but we felt the room was for single occupancy but with a double bed in it. Very little ...
One non-Irish desk guy didn't really want to put my credit card on my room key. Everyone else was fine. Marion, cook guy, was Romanian, gave me cities to visit in Romania. Room ok, Wi-fi worked well. Mihalia (?) maid also Romanian very helpful and cleaned room even after I said I only needed towels. ...

Check -in was simple and we were advised we didn't have a window so our expectations were a little low. Got to the room which was on the 6th floor and to our surprise ...
In all ways it was very good. The food was good but I think it was a little overpriced. But overall, it was very good. Best advice: if you think you'll get hungry at night, bring your own. Bus is free from and to the airport Terminals 1,2 and 3.
