Nice place, nice staff, very comfortable bed. Close to many popular attractions in London. NEEDS USB port in rooms for phone recharge.
Fantastic location , efficient staff. No real polish or feeling of being in a great hotel with a long history and tradition. All clean and in fair but not pristine condition. Corridors are a gloomy beige extravaganza. Bedrooms are very functional with shutters on the windows !!
Always use the Hilton when staying at Gatwick, close to airport, nice hotel, and do a lovely buffet breakfast which always sets us up for the day.
Great hotel affordable and very close to the airport.
We booked hotel because it was in a good central location only thing tube was closed over wknd which was beside us so we had to use uber and taxis quite a lot which cost a fortune. But the hotel was beautiful and the food in the restaurant was delicious only 2 complaints we had was we had no sky channels ...
The hotel location is great for a first time visit to London. The hotel amenities are complete, including a microwave and small refrigerator, with some dishes and cutlery provided.
We got to the hotel late so didn't get to take advantage of all that it had to offer. The lobby was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. It was roomy and had a clean bathroom.
