"Excellent location! 5 min walk to Hyde Park, 10 min walk to Kensington Palace. There are cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 min walk. Close to Paddington and Landcaster Station. The room is small but the high ceilings help. There no AC and there’s no fan in the bathroom, making it very stuffy (why I only gave 4 stars) The bed is very comfortable and the coffee/tea station in the room is a very nice touch. "The hotel is two blocks from a train station, and a short walk to the London Eye, Westminster Bridge, and Big Ben. The room was clean and good sized for London. The free breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from. Every staff member I met with was very friendly and eager to help. "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"Great location with easy access to Kings Cross and Russel Square stations. Relatively quiet neighborhood next to park with tennis courts. Laundry facility just around the corner. Several pubs in the area that weren’t crowded with tourists. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only down side was the location of our room on the 4th floor - up very steep stairs. Air conditioning was nice as the top floor does get warm. Room was small, but functional. "
