« This probably is the best option if you are looking for a cozy solution in the heart of Mayfair, a stone throw away from Piccadilly Circus, SoHo, Chinatown and Knightsbridge. Compared to other similar hotels, the only thing I did not like was that, if I wanted to have egg Benedict with my continental breakfast (instead of boiled eggs) I had to pay £16 extra. In this sense, the Mayfair Townhouse and the Franklin Hotel do not charge any extra. »

« The rooms are well renovated except the bathroom, would have been better to have a walking shower. The AC is way too noisy and doesn’t work properly, it’s only air coming out. No room service 24 hours, cleaning is only until 4pm. Never have seen this in a 5 stars hotel. Location is good, service good. »

« Excellent room condition, amenities and service. Would stay again. The only drawback I could think of was the noise from the outside on a weekend night. We stayed on 2nd floor facing the Grovesnor Square and it was a bit noisy on Saturday night from drunk people occasionally shouting/laughing and music from the cafe on the 1st floor until pretty late at night. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. »

Vraiment superbe. Je pense déjà à mon prochain séjour...

« Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room »
