"Nice not having to use a booking number but just using your name. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Excellent location for theatres and excellent restaurants. Very useful to be able to store your case before you actually book in and all day after you book out."

"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London, a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Very comfortable room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming with the exception of the receptionist who took a long time to check us in and was offhand"

"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."
