"We ended up being delayed in our trip. The communication and support by the duke rooms was superb, they reassured us dvd provided such wonderful support and reassurance on arrival. It was such a lovely welcome. The room was lovely. The bathroom was small however it was modern new, spotless and met all of our needs. The location. Was easily walkable and suited our needs well. The rooms are above a pub yet we slept well and with no noise issues. "

"It is good value for money. It is not the best area and the rooms are quite small but for the closeness to the centre of London and the money per day, it is good value for money. You are unlikely to get better for less. "

"Generously sized flat for a small family, with easy access to bus transportation and other amenities. It is located one block off a main road and over a casino. Two full with bedrooms with ample closet space & comfortable beds plus a small pull out couch. The complex has a secure main access with a manned desk during business hours & weekend days. "We were disappointed by the size of the room (the shower was literally within a few feet from the right side of the bed and not part of the bathroom area) as it was much smaller than the photos indicate. We were also surprised to find that our room was not in the same building as the lobby, but in a separate building some 200 feet down the block without any lobby or common space what so ever. We were told that this was expressly pointed out on the web description. If it is, I'm missing where...

"Lovely little room for a weekend away, was asked if we wanted shower or bath suite which suited us great as they catered to our needs. Perfect room, comfy bed, very clean just air conditioning was very temperamental especially in 24 degree heat so we had to open the window fully and unfortunately there was quite a lot of noise throughout the night due to this,however overall nothing major. "

"Really great value for an apartment in a very central location. Really liked the small elements such as having cleaning items available, crockery and cutlery. A cot was also provided for us. Had everything we needed and the manager communicated really well with us via whatsapp."
