A very enjoyable stay at The Biltmore London. The room was spacious, well-appointed and thoughtfully equipped, with good amenities that made for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, an ideal base in the heart of Mayfair. Overall, a lovely experience and a hotel I would happily recommend.
This property is amazing discovery. It's centrally situated, with top-notch amenities. Some of the best restaurants just a short walk away. Room service operates around the clock. For a laid-back atmosphere, the bar on the ground floor is ideal.
Excellent, central location that was very walkable to shopping, restaurants, theaters, Hyde Park, and other sites. Staff was incredibly kind and the rooms were very comfortable with modern finishes.
Always fantastic and the staff - especially on the desks, are brilliant. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Business or pleasure, this is THE best place in Mayfair!
Lovely room -spacious, clean, well equipped. Housekeeping quick to top up coffee etc on request. Discrete but attentive service all through the hotel staff. Doorman quick to offer and supply umbrella when needed. Food excellent and service impeccable.
Amazing hotel with a great location and an absolutely amazing concierge staff. Andy, the senior concierge is top-notch one of the best I have ever worked with.

The location is great and the rooms also, but I think they need to work on the bad smell of the second floor.
Excellent staff and location. However the beds are way too stiff, pillows to slim, shower has no water pressure whatsoever and room too small for the price.
Not going again.

I booked a room with park view and it was our 3rd time at the premises. I was on the first floor at room 103. You could literally listen every person's conversation walking in the street. Every car passing by could be heard in the room. I mentioned to the people at the reception and aince they are well aware of the problem the did not care. When I checked out in the morning, I mentioned the situation again to a different person. He knew about it and sorry without really meaning it and doing nothing. This was not a $1.000/night room. There are 10's if not more in the area with a better room and service.
Also the reception are look ridicolously crowded and cheap with terrible furniture.
