"The location is fantastic—very walkable and close to everything while being safe and quiet. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay feel really welcoming. Clean amenities and excellent service all around. The only downside was the mattress—it was an older coil style and not the most comfortable for a good night’s sleep. That said, everything else was lovely, and I’d still happily stay here again for the great location and overall experience."

"Great hospitality, restaurants, fitness center, and swimming pool! The location was ideal for first time visitors to London. It was within walking distance to everything (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Thames River). "

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and you can walk to many tourist attractions from there. What I loved about it was the convenience to travel around London because there is an exit from the hotel directly into Victoria train station and the Underground. There are many food options in the area, and I felt safe in the area whether traveling by day or night. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. "
