"Zedwell is basic accommodation and that is what we paid for and expected. Knowing this our stay was excellent. Perfect location, very clean and tidy, good room temperature and we recieved excellent service from staff when we required it. I missed having a window, and unfortunately woke to some maintenance works going on in the room next door on our last morning. But overall we got what we expected and would stay here again"

"Overall the hotel is good and in a great location. It’s clean and the staff were extremely friendly on check in and also stored our bags for free. We were a little disappointed in how basic the room was. I think the photos make it look a lot more higher end than it actually is. I also didn’t realise there was no TV or tea/coffee facilities until we turned up which we had assumed there would be. "This is the third or fourth time's we have stayed in the Cartwright gardens flats. Super convenient, nice cafes and pubs nearby. Unbelievably quiet given that two blocks away is Euston Road with buses, trucks, ect. Absolutely our first choice for places to stay in London "

"Easy check in at noon as i came straight from redeye arrival at heathrow. Walked from the Tube stop. Good indian restaurant bar on premises. Only letdown was that i couldnt watch north american sports in the bar. No reception and too much time change. Double bed was fine. Washroom was small but it worked ok"

"Really close to the station - which was important for our stay. Staff was lovely and friendly. There is no lift but staff member took out suitcase upstairs without asking. Clean room ideal for short stay."
