"Rooms - very clean, well maintained, no issues with broken things or rusted out showers etc. Staff - polite and quiet, when you need help they are all willing to assist. Front desk assistance will ways try and sell you on "extra" stuff thag you do NOT need and you need to be firm when saying no youre not interested. Pool/Beach - clean, safe, lots of seating (get out early for a chair though because they go quickly). Beach is the reason we come, zero sargasum seaweed because of the net across the enterance on the man made inlet of water. A lot of fish swimming around which is awsome for kids and adults to see, crabs, turtles as well. Lots of trees for shade also. Food - Average, nothing fancy, buffets could be a bit better in food selelction but zero issues Overall a great resort, especially for families on a budget, would recommend to anyone!"

"Unfortunately the experience was not good, When I first arrived to my room, it appeared very dusty and there were visible water stains. I also found hairs around the room and inside the shower area. Additionally, there was old used toilet paper stuck in the shower door railing that had clearly not been cleaned, which was very concerning from a sanitation standpoint. I had considered reaching out to request another room at that time, but after a long day of traveling I was extremely tired and had plans already scheduled, so I did not have the time or energy to go through the process of changing rooms that evening. Later in the night, I began noticing several small bugs around the room as well, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I should not feel worried about insects crawling around in my room during my stay. I reached out to staff the next day and the staff was really rude and ignorant they said they would go later that day to fumigate, after they did i still kept seeing bugs and roaches. Would not recommend staying here at all."

"Staff was very friendly. They don’t serve alcohol until after 11 AM so if you want a mimosa with breakfast, that’s not going to happen. It was walking distance to the shopping area, which was great. Their Italian, Mexican and Steakhouse restaurants are all incredible. The entertainment was spectacular. The room we had faced the street, so it was very loud and the AC in the room was loud also. There wasn’t much of a beach area and it was right next to the public beach so no privacy. All in all it was a great experience and I would go back again. "

"We were very disappointed. We thought it was all inclusive. That was our filter search. When we arrived they wanted $2000 for all inclusive. If we knew this would not have booked hotel. It was definitely not what we were expecting. "
