Ce qui m’a vraiment déplu ce sont des frais quotidiens de 20$ US pour des activités qui nous ont a l’arrivée que ces activités non motorisées étaient gratuites. Je considère que je ne devrais pas être facturée pour du kayak que je ne fais pas, même chose pour le passer board et le centre de conditionnement. De plus au Starbuck, il manquait toujours de croissants et bagels. Et le service tres lent

We paid 75$US for a magnificent room with an amazing view. We were extremely satisfied with the quality. However, we were a bit annoyed with the concierge who insisted for us to assist the timeshare conference. Theey do try to push little extras down tour throat but some of them are interesting, such as paying 5$ for renting a gym kit that fits you. The hotel is well located and it’s a lot better than the « todo incluido »

Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)

El problema es que volamos de madrugada y llegamos a las 10 am..por lo cual no nos dieron habitacion...pero pasaron las 4pm y la srita de mostrador solo me dijo motivos por los cuales no me podia ayudar...hasta que cambio de turno y otro empleado me cambio de habitacion inmediatamente y disculpandose. El hotel es viejo pero accesible y por demas todo el personal muy amable. Solo desayunabamos ahi y el buffet es recomendable

Great pool area, dinner was fantastic, breakfast brunch was just okay. Service is a little slow but otherwise good. Fire alarm went off one night and we lost WiFi one morning but otherwise it was a very nice stay. My only complaint was the kids didn’t seem to stay to the kids pool

I need to comment on something about the private beach first, because it’s important and doesn’t match the review categories well. On our last full day, a lot of garbage (including an actual steak knife, bottle caps and plastic, and disgusting brown bubbles/slime) started washing up on the beach while we were swimming. Previously the beach had been pristine. I suspect this has something to do with the proximity to the marina and the arrival of cruise ships. Relating any further details turns my stomach. I threw away my swimsuit and showered for half an hour. I honestly don’t know what to say. That will haunt my dreams… Anyway, other than that, it honestly was a wonderful hotel with great facilities and fantastic staff.

The hotel grounds are spectacular and pool is lovely! We had a suite on top floor and the view of the Bay was spectacular. Room service was awesome. Staff were all attentive and friendly. Wonderful place to stay.

Nice hotel we had an ocean veiw. The staff here is really friendly and helpful especially the guys in the front of the hotel that help with transportation. They knew a lot and helped us several times. Beach and pool area was nice. We had room service for breakfast everyday and it was very reasonable and nice to sit on balcony. I thought the spa was overpriced though. I was expecting to pay more at a hotel but you can get a great massage outside the hotel in the marina area for 1/3 the price so we did that instead.
