"The location is perfect for heading to the harbour for a dinner or a walk/bike. Close access to Stanley Park. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Water bottles are provided daily to make the coffee.Staff overall are great. The hotel got a little overwhelmed at breakfast, so the service was a bit slow, but the food was great. We had breakfast and lunch. There is bike rental on the property."
"Excellent stay/location in Yaletown with close access to transit and restaurants. Great spacious and comfortable room/bed. Courteous and professional staff. Elevator access/availability like no where else! (No waiting) Breakfast was top notch. Would definitely stay again."
"The property was clean and had two great restaurants on location, staff were friendly and helpful and check out was simple. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed. The location is perfect to access any of the city’s many sights and shops and lots to do within walking distance. Transportation was very accessible. Understanding it’s an older building, the elevators were a slight issue. Only had two available for each tower they were small and patience is required. "
