### ARTY INDUSTRIAL LOFT 
  
Spacious loft, industrial style in historic building (Unity1), views on interior courtyard,  
polished cement floors. Furnished in a mix of retro-modern-industrial style.  
The space  
Equipped with  
4 plasma TVs (home theatre), 2 dvds.1 Ipod stand. The building is home to 'Daylight Cafe',  
and a hair salon. High ceilings (12 feet), huge (10 feet) replicated factory windows. One  
closed bedroom, one semi-closed bedroom. Bathroom with individual bathtub and glass shower.  
Includes high speed wi-fi, A/C, electricity, local phone, satellite cable.  
Possibility of indoor parking.  
Other things to note  
Excellent location, 2 blocks south of St. Catherine Street, north of Notre-Dame (old Montreal),  
west of Blvd. St. Laurent and east of University Street, the Bell Center and all highways leading  
out of the city center to airports. One block away from two metro stations  
(Place D'Armes and Square Victoria) and just next to the 'W' Hotel.
