"Room was dated, but comfortable "

"Great stay at the Chelsea. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. The adult pool area was a nice, quiet place to relax. There was a mix up in communication regarding parking. The front desk said we could stay until 2 pm, the parking attendant said we should have left at 11 am. Hopefully they can get on the same page about that. "

"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. "

"The staff and service is terrible. The casino has a lot of dealer theft and fraud. Homeless people are doing drugs and sleeping in the bathrooms and at slot machines. Very poorly managed. "
