The front staff was rude, we met people at the hotel who had their own room. We were threatened with having to pay more for people who didn’t stay in our room. The breakfast was very basic not very good. For. $200 tax a night you would at least expect a clean room.

I had one night booked at this property, Tues July 26, 2022. I arrived jet lagged and had a late 9:00 pm check in. I told the front desk I was tired and needed to sleep right until 11am checkout. I got the ok from front desk clerk to extend until 11:30 am. I WAS happy. But no she obviously ignored my request that I was tired from my flight from west coast as I was rudely awoken at 930 am, 2 hours before my arranged departure, by banging on my door by a clerk asking me "when was I leaving?" Normal checkout was at 11am so why would the clerk bang on my door at 9:30 am asking when I was leaving? Who knows why they would knock on someone's door before checkout. I guess they decided for me that I should be tired for the planned meetings I had in the area. It is very disrespectful to disregard my request for a peaceful morning as I was tired and wanted to sleep in. I paid to sleep here but obviously this motel does NOT know what business they are in. Do not stay at this motel if you want to sleep during the time you paid for. I will not return to this motel.

Nothing really great about this place. Average hotel with sub par services and terrible cleaning services No sheets changed all week, had to ask for clean towels & TP.. Terrible Wi-fi connection.. always shutting down. The carpeted hallways were not vacumed even once in 6 days we were at he place. And the bugs!! Sure sign of poor cleaning.
