"Was no cold tap water so be prepared to buy bottled water. The breakfast was expensive for being so terrible. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay. Thats what they told me, thou someone did come on day 3. Positives, the bed is super comfortable. The size of the suite is pretty good. Pretty clean amd well kept. Fairly soundproof aside from slamming doors outside your hotel door. Hot tub is the best feature."

"The rooms are a little small but very comfortable and well appointed. The design and decor are new and fresh. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the Hotel is located near to Roger’s Center, CN Tower, and the Aquarium. There are a number of pubs and restaurants one to three blocks away in all directions. Very centrally located!"

"We had a wonderful weekend at the Great Canadian Resort and Casino. The rooms are clean and large and the entire resort is newly renovated and very clean. We enjoyed the casino and truly loved the horse racing! The staff at the Hotel desk and at the racetrack were so helpful and made our stay extra special. The Glenn Gould Gala was spectacular and the venue was perfect! We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Grab N Go and dinners in the Lobster Noodle Bar and the CASUAL restaurants. This was an overall great stay and I will definately return!"

"The staff was very helpful, and when I had a few issues with the room they were right there within minutes. T.V. cable didn't work that great. Couldn't order movies and the guide did not work most of the time. When your recovering from a health procedure, you spend alot of time in your room. TV was a must. The guide got working for 2 days then didn't again. Having said that. It was close to alot of places. Walking distance. I would stay here again."
