« The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean. »

« Très propre et parfait pour accueillir un groupe . Nous étions 6 ( 4 adultes et 2 enfants) et nous étions confortable et avions beaucoup d’espace . Un peu loin du centre-ville mais nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup de traffic étonnement pour nous y rendre . J’y retournerais. »

« The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable - they replaced a mattress in a guest bedroom that was uncomfortable during our stay. A great neighborhood with easy access to various sites in Toronto and also has a cute cafe and lots of amenities and restaurants close by. Good for a couple of families or a group of friends. Be aware the narrow steep stairs for those who have mobility issues and there is no bathroom in the basement even though there is a bedroom there. »

« All great, just not able to adjust temperature. In the middle of the morning Ac shut down, it got humid and I hope there were fans available. I messaged the owner and the rest of the stay was comfortable. Thank you »
