Property was clean, had every amenity available and extremely close to alot of the main attractions-5 mins from cn, rogers centre, riplys aquarium. Very comfortable, feels like your at home
Location a bit tricky to find. Civic number is inside the building. Great location. Cleaning supplies / air freshener very fragrant which was not good for my husbands asthma. Quiet and comfortable.
Was in a great location, building and grounds were in good condition, excluding the down elevators, for 1/2 a day. (20th floor)
Their was no getting a hold of management, we tried, coffee pot was Brocken, plug broken stained shee
We had a two nights stay. Great location. Close to Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower, Ripleys Aquarium, Tim Hortons, and a really good grocery store attached to the property (Longos) via an underground walkway. Check in was a little confusing, but manageable, Unit was well equipped. Compact layout, generally comfortable, hot showers, bed mattress decent, spacious fridge. Balcony was big and relaxing. The only negative was the A/C was straining to reach a comfortable temperature. It did marginally improve, but needed over 24 hours to do so.
Clean rooms, great restaurants and shopping close by.

The pictures on Expedia was not the same as what we came to.Balcony was very tiny and dirty.Water view was not there.Apartment was dirty, toilet button broke and popped off in one.Full size tub/shower was stained from being old so looked dirty.Stand up shower hot to cold handle was broke.
Beds were comfortable but sofa bed was not a pull out and property was listed as sleeps 6??Not happy about that.Floor was broke and covered by carpet.Location was excellent.

Location is excellent. Very clean, modern and comfortable with a great view. Receiving check-in information was a hassle. We had to reach out several times in order to complete the process and actually get the instructions. I suggest emailing guests a week before with the necessary instructions, as we found ourselves without instructions even the day of check in, which was an unnecessary stress. Otherwise, great place to stay in downtown Toronto.

Definitely a great location if you are looking to be close to the sports scene in downtown Toronto. It was a bit overwhelming to check in. Trouble finding the right door, getting through security, key fob working in the elevator, and a really difficult suite door lock to open with the key. No air conditioning for the first 3 nights, but thankfully it was fixed for the end of our stay. The bed was very comfortable. However, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the other amenities.
Check in directions were not what the host sent. Security told me they don’t check in that way. You actually have to sing in on a tablet. That was never stated in directions. Security helped me tho the process and that was fine. We had three travellers, me, husband and my aunt. She slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was a fold down couch with broken springs and frame. It was extremely uncomfortable. She had the worse sleep. Other than that, it was great and prime location to Rogers centre and Scotiabank arena.
Great view and clean accommodation. Check-in process was a little confusing, but we figured it out. Needed some help from the front desk even though we were told we wouldn’t need to and given a different process, but overall a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything.
Property was very clean. Our only complaint would be the blinds in both rooms are broken and therefore unable to keep the bedrooms darker in the early morning. Otherwise, had a great stay!
Our unit was anything but luxury. Someone’s fake nail on the floor was the icing on the cake. Location was great. Otherwise be prepared for false advertising.

The property was very nice and clean. But the check in process was terrible. Poor communication with the host. Details were just sent at 5:17 pm. Been in the property past 3 pm.
Clean and comfy. A few little hiccups with air conditioning and the dishwasher. The unit could use a bit of a refresh but it was nice to have our own kitchen, washer & dryer, and space downtown within walking distance to Union Station, CN Tower, arena and ball park.
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed.
