The owner answered all our questions so that everything went smoothly - from the moment of check-in to how to get to the neighbourhood grocery shop. This area was very safe and quiet and most of all, this very well-kept and welcoming place made our trip so memorable and pleasurable. She even shared her fresh baked croissants with us!! We are so satisfied to be able to stay here. »

« Booked 3 nights last minute for a family member travelling alone and needed to cancel the next day due to a family emergency. Unable to do so as there was Zero refund with no consideration. This caused significant stress and a financial burden. Not impressed at all; I don’t care what the ‘policy’ was. This is not how you treat people. »

« The owners were very sweet, but they never communicated how we would get into the apartment or that it was in the basement of their house. We drove there not knowing if we'd get in or what to expect. It was okay once we did, but communication would have relieved a lot of concerns. »

« Sue & Manny were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. I loved how they decorated the Rustic Barn for Christmas - made me feel like I was home when I couldn’t be during this time of year. They even went above and beyond with my dogs and would bring them up to play with their dogs - my dogs always wanted to go upstairs when we’d go for a walk when I got home from work! « the kitchen is incredibly stocked, so it was very easy to cook food grocery bought meals. Also a very comfortable-looking room. Some of the things provided in the room were expired, but otherwise a good range of tea, snacks. Could hear people upstairs, but primarily when going to the washroom, otherwise it was manageable. It was lovely staying here, and would definitely consider coming back! »
