"Great location that's near many of the major attractions near the Falls! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast options are always fully stocked and organized. The Wi-Fi works great as well. It's on the bus route, so getting around is easy if you have the Niagara Parks Wonder Pass. If you want to eat or get souvenirs, everything is either across the street or just a few doors down."

"The stay was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious. When I called the desk asking for extra coffee, they brought some up right away. I only have 2 complaints unrelated to staff because they were wonderful. 1) the heat is centralized heat and could not get it below 76. So hard to sleep and made room really dry 2) the pool was too cold to go in"

"I love the pool area indoors. Sauna barely works. My first room had broken balcony door. I got moved. The next room had a heater that only worked if cranked up to 90. Tv audio on many channels was not in sync with picture. No hot water, warm. I ordered dinner and they failed to make an item. The fries were old and stale. I like the all night convenience shop. They have weekend buffets. Love the balcony. Close to Tims and hefty walk to Loblaws superstore. I do not have a car so no where to go."
