"Great location about 15-20 minutes from the ByWard Market by foot, but very walkable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but definitely outdated in areas; particularly the bathroom. We had a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and large counter space. It would be convenient for those looking to prepare and cook their own food, but we didn’t really use any of the in-room appliances. It is quite small, but comfortable, and all you really need for a short weekend trip. The hotel has their own underground parking garage, but it was full when we arrived on Thursday night. Instead, we parked at City Hall (which was about 5 minutes away, and cost $26 per day). Overall, we would stay here again, as the location was great!"

"It's a very unique location just over the inter provincial bridge in Quebec region, you cross the bridge and you are in downtown Ottawa. Its a well kept property. A comfortable stay for sure."
