"Wonderful hotel. Everything you’d expect. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. Kids had fun at the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is terrific and you can easily walk to many of the attractions including parliament hill and byward market. Highly recommend. We also did High Tea and it was lovely."

"I loved the room and hotel decor. Parking $$$ was a no go for me, but close enough alternatives were fine. Some room for improvement: the supplied hair conditioner was pretty horrible despite seeming to be marketed as higher-end. Also, the mini fridge was either unplugged, or more like a mini freezer, with my leftovers being partially frozen in 12 hours. Minibar items took up limited space in the fridge and drawers. Free-tier internet on wi-fi was as slow as a dial-up modem at times 😂"

"Great hotel in really central, walkable location. We had a huge 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, living area and dining table. It was very nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful when we couldn't switch on our tv. Free launderette was very useful. There was lots of choice at breakfast - it was very busy but we always found a table. My only wish would be that the breakfast was more environmentally friendly- all the plates and cutlery were disposable which felt incredibly wasteful."

"Great place for family. Pool, kids zone. Balcons is also perfect for the evening when the kids are in bed. Walk distance if everything. Rooms are ok. It's a bang for your bucks for sure."
