Outstanding Customer Service!
"I was in town for a wedding event in Port Carling and this was the perfect place to head back to after a long day of work to relax and unwind. Staff was super courteous and ensured I was taken care of with my late check in time, wifi connection and use of their communal microwave to heat up some ..."
"We have a great time there as the location is so convenient. We did not hear any noise from any neighbors inside the room. However, a part of the floor was warping and it may hurt your foot if you walk barefoot. The mattress is also too soft."

"We arrived at around 7:15pm, but the door of the reception was closed! "The atmosphere, the hotel room we stayed in and most importantly, the fall colours. Agora was amazing.Everything was amazing and stay went above and beyond, The room was spacious a very clean.
The restaurants were a bit pricey, but the food was excellent. Two us us are vegetarians and found there wasn't much to choose from. Mainly burgers and pasta. Alot of other choices have alot of spices. Unfortunately, not all vegetarians can eat spicy food or enjoy eggplant and zucchini. Would we do it again? At a drop of a dime. We had an amazing stay and will be back again. Thank you

"The hotel lobby was welcoming and the 24 hour store was very helpful. There is an ATM and the elevators are quick and quiet. My room was comfortable and quiet, although the heater rattled a little.
There was construction in the area but I never heard any of the noise and it was not too inconvenient.
I would definitely stay again!"
