Was Modifying my stay ( had to cancel one night - due to last minute scheduling conflicts) .. hotel was trying to charge me an extra $30 a night, to cancel one night, in advance.. after spending lots of time on the phone, things were settled, and was charged the same price at booking.
Upon check in manager decided to say an Medicare Card or Indigenous Status Card wasn’t an valid piece of ID ( even though both are government issued.) wanted only passport or driving license, which is ridiculous and unheard of.
Both my requests weren’t answered even though we made our reservation 2 months prior to stay.
Hotel needs work, plaster on the ceilings, mildew smell in the halls.
The only thing good was the location, and was convenient for us to go in and out of the city and surrounding area.
