My room reminded me of a home away from home. Clean, TV with a variety of channels, drapes that can be moved easily, and good temperature control. The staff was friendly and willing to assist with directions. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again.

It was easy to locate and very clean staff very friendly… the only downfall is that I needed a wheelchair and there was none available

The best western is conveniently located around many places but the room itself was just ok. The room was clean, however the heating/ac unit was attached to the wall and was extremely loud all night which made it hard to sleep. The floors were also extremely hard for a carpeted floor and quite lumpy. It felt more like a motel than hotel.
