We didn’t enjoy our stay here for 14 nights. The elevator is old, it needs an update. The door of our room uses keys, and it was very hard to open the door. You have to twist and push. The breakfast is also limited. They only offer cereal and milk, bread, muffins and juice. Unlike other hotel with the same price, a lot of food selection for breakfast. Definitely not recommending this hotel.

Our room was very nice. The hotel was very clean. The location is not easy to get to if you are not a Toronto native. The hotel was very noisy between the banquet hall activity and some very rude guests. The front desk staff was always away from the desk when needed - likely doing many other chores. The saddest excuse for a breakfast we have had at any hotel. Beware the elevator doors. They close quickly and hit hard.
