We arrived at the hotel and 02:00am no one was there at the reception desk, after five minutes someone showed up with very little English and completely clueless. After 10 minutes trying to find our reservation he directed us to hotel beside them (sister hotel) , we went to that hotel and they were sold out . Got back to our hotel we met a new person , he start to look for our reservation and we got our room at 03:30 am. The sad part is that we called in advance and we told them that we will arrive very late in the morning to have our room ready. Zero customer service and they never said a simple sorry for the whole mess.

I recently stayed at the Hilton hotel and had an exceptional experience! The location is fantastic, providing easy access to all the major attractions and amenities in the area. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Annie, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure we had great rooms and went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and excellent service!
