"We had a very pleasant stay. Parking was easy. The staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. We had a nice quiet room and checked in early without problems. Room were spacious and clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, may be next time when time permits. Will definitely come back again, God willing. "

"Beautiful room and hotel , very clean and comfortable. However the rudeness of the staff doesn’t make it worth it to me. When you work in customer service you’d expect that you’d get good service. Also doesn’t make sense that you have to come down to get your breakfast voucher in the morning when they could just give it to you when you check in. Barely a breakfast either I’d call it a snack bar with four options. Very disappointing"

Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed."
