Ajax Vacation Packages

We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.

Smoking smell in the non smoking room , too many peoples during the breakfast , no parking

The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the checkout process was long and exhausting. Worse, there’s a city garbage facility right behind the Mosaic building. Every morning we were woken up at 5:15 AM by the extremely loud noise from the garbage trucks. The whole process took nearly two hours, so we started every day exhausted. We will never return to this side of the building, I would assume the pool side suites are less noisy

Amazing hotel. The best stay we could have imagined in Yorkville Toronto for 5 plus days. It was magical.

How can I express my frustration here??? I couldn’t get into my room because NOBODY share the entry code and even worst NOBODY answered my desperate phone calls when I arrived to the property. I have requested my money refund and I have not get response yet, please help me ASAP!
