Ajax Vacation Packages

We had ants in the kitchen. Contacted front desk twice, both times they said they would look into it and they never got back to me. The facility does not come with any linens, towels, etc. We were flying in from out of province and never received this notice until after we purchased a non-refundable stay. Paper towels were in the unit for the kitchen but when it was used up they said they don’t supply paper towel so we had nothing to wipe up with in kitchen. They had sprayed down the road with some solution that let the bottom of our shoes yucky even the next morning. Very poor experience.

I was concerned when I arrived because I was in the heart of downtown during the World Cup, and this clearly was a bustling location. The clientele all appeared well-heeled and ready for a good time. I personally prefer a low key quiet stay, and I expressed that desire to the staff. They reserved me a beautiful room on a higher floor. I told them that I am partial to quite few pillows and found a veritable pillow fort waiting for me! I had asked for a steamer to prepare a dress for an event I was attending and one was brought to me almost immediately. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself if beautiful. Truly the only constructive feedback I could give was that there was no jam with my croissant, and no English Breakfast tea in my room. Both entirely non-issues. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Felt like a celebrity with the greeters at the door. Nice snacks/espresso/drink bar on the ground floor open til midnight

The location was great. The process to get access to the unit was time consuming. We didn't have any wifi or television connections. Description says sleeps 4. A queen bed and a double sofa bed. The sofa bed is maybe a twin and in bad condition.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. We had a great stay.
