Beautiful hotel. Loved the design, the lighting…the room was pristine. The bed was sooo comfortable. We’ll be back.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was adequate size with very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom sink was impracticable, extra long with no place to put your toiletries. Might be ok for 1 night but was a pain for our 4 night stay. Had 3 decaf coffee pods but no caffeinated and no tea bags. Breakfast buffet sitting area had bad flow. Within about 8’-10’ wide entrance, had checkin, folks going to buffet, folks returning from buffet with food, folks leaving, staff standing around and one morning, the line for the elevator was backed to the entrance to the sitting area. People were bumping into each other trying to get in and out. If the far end of the dining area towards the buffet was opened up a bit, it would create much better flow. Would consider staying again based on location, staff, cleanliness and price(for downtown Toronto).

check in was a bit delayed due to cleaning. (Our check-in was at 3, we got in a little after 3:30) Apart from that, parking was quite easy to find along with great public transportation and restaurants near by. I would stay here again, very justifiable for the price.
