Newer property, the room was clean and in good condition. TV was easy to use and cast my phone to. The bathroom was really nice, the double sink was appreciated and a good stand up shower . Staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of choices including fruit and meats. Walkable from union station and lots of stuff in the area to see. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

Staff is always kind and go out of their way to take care of any problems that may arise. Our initial room, the hot water was not working, the staff quickly moved us to a new room and resolved the issue!
