"First get there to check in and on this app, I asked for a roll away bed. States it’s free but had to pay 35$ once I was checking in. Get in the room, pull the covers down and a Crunchy Cheeto flies out of the sheets. There was probably 20 or more between the mattress and the wood side board. Leave the next day and about 12am get a text for 6$. Called immediately and was told the housekeeper put down we drank the water in the room. WE DID NOT. I’m not paying 3$ for an off brand in a tiny bottle. Was told I had to call back and speak to a manager. So be careful you aren’t getting extra charges!!"

"Stayed here with my granddaughter for our Chicago fun day. The location was perfect for shopping and eating. Lots of good inexpensive parking nearby. The staff was top notch. The hotel feels updated and rooms are great with good views. Bar area is very nice also and lots of casual seating while waiting and lounging. Would definitely stay here again. Bonus for our trip was an indoor pool. "
