Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago - Downtown by IHG
Staff were pleasant, kind and helpful. Breakfast was not included and was $22. It was a regular hotel buffet. A hotel of this price/quality should either include breakfast or make it a nicer experience. No complaints regarding the room or cleanliness.

It was a very nice, clean property. Room was spotless and stayover service did an awesome job - making the beds and even setting up my children's pillows/"stuffies" nicely on the bed.
