The manager was lovely and accommodating. The room was clean and fairly appointed. We enjoyed the balcony and were grateful that parking was included. Breakfast was great and included hot coffee and crossaints straight out of the oven. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Excellent experience at Sono Chicago! Everything felt like it had personal attentive service in a cozy bed and breakfast atmosphere! Beautiful rooms and located in a nice quiet area, with plenty to do within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again for future visits to Chicago, thank you!

This was a weekend getaway and we found the perfect place. We had one of the rooms with the balcony and the king bed. Amazing. We sat out on our balcony watching the goings on along the street sipping our wine. The morning brought with it fresh coffee with all the fixings and amazing croissants. Yes...eat the croissants! This little gem is quiet and comes with free parking which is never found in Chicago. The parking was street parking but we always found a spot easily. We saw some fellow guests taking Ubers places and there is a brown line train close by. We are walkers so mostly walked where we wanted to go. Oh, and the shower was wonderfully roomy, hot and with a high shower head. There are stairs - no elevator. We will go back!!

We had only a quick overnight stay at Sono but hope to visit for a longer time in the future. This house is beautiful! The communal kitchen, patio, and rooftop deck were a surprise and added bonus. Our room was the perfect size, had a comfortable bed, good linens, and lovely, very large bathroom. We appreciated how quiet the home was and really enjoyed the snacks and breakfast in the kitchen. Also really loved the Old Town neighborhood and hope to explore it more in the future.

We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even with flat pillows, we plan to visit again and stay here!

This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town.

I can't recommend The Sono Chicago enough. We arrived early, but they were ready for us. We were personally escorted to our room, which was extremely clean and had the most comfortable bed. Parking was easy on the street. Breakfast was good and plentiful and it was nice having access to water and snacks. We will definitely be staying at this wonderful Old Town location each time we are in town.

This is a hidden gem in Old Town. Much better than staying in a chain and much more comfortable. The room was perfect and we had several options to walk to dining. We will definitely be back to stay here.
