"A good functional hotel for the hardcore tourist."
As I said, it's an excellent hotel for the hardcore tourist. It gives you a place to put your head at night. This hotel is not meant for someone looking for pampering at a spa. They give you a place to sleep at night, with a nice free breakfast and very decent rates. The breakfast was exactly what you would expect for a free continental breakfast. Doughnuts, muffins, bagels, toast, cold cereal, juice, coffee, tea, and an abundance of everything. They were constantly refilling items to make sure there was plenty for everyone. The room was serviceable and functional, it did the job we needed it to do, especially with two young children. I rated the cleanliness a 3 only because you can tell they're still renovating and working on things. It was clean, and serviceable, but I wouldn't necessarily say it was immaculate - not yet anyways.

Blankets -Pillows. Unknown conditions.. They were wrinkled and it was impossible to know if they wern't used. I had to call the front desk , in order to get it replaced.. And they were not ironed... There was a bad smell when first arrived at room. like humidity... The restaurant waitress bad attitude she was alone , lack of help and was upset. and showed it.. PARKING WAS NOT FREE $15 USD per day... WAY TOO EXPENSIVE...

"Close to everything yet still kinda secluded "
We had arrived early for our check in and the front desk was more than willing to hold our luggage for us while we walked around to burn the time. The room was as described, and the steam shower and fireplace were nice surprises. Everything was clean and in its place, the staff all greeted us as we passed in the hall. The restaurant was beyond amazing compliments to the chef will be a must. And it is very close to all the attractions on the hill great bars and other fun things to do. Overall it's a very nice hotel you get what you pay for here for sure and thats a good thing.

"Best view of the falls, bar none!"
Positive: First time staying at this location. Stayed on 12th floor. Best view of both the Canadian and US falls. Fast elevators. Clean and comfortable room. Although the hotel was relatively busy we didn't hear any other guests once inside our room. Great location, everything within walking distance. My girlfriend and I were very pleased with this hotel. We would easily come back again! Negative: Parking should be included with the room.

"Waterpark Fun!!!"
We stayed on the 3rd floor. Room was cleaned and super comfortable. Bathrooms spotless. The hotel has a really interesting décor and very family friendly. The waterpark is "really fun" according to my kids. Coming from Phoenix we have a fair share of waterparks. This place was up there in the "awesomeness scale." The food wow...very healthy compare to American buffet or Cruise ship dinning. We bought the food meal. Only complain...lunch was so limited in choices and portions were really small. No drink refill. I do not understand that. Overall, plenty of parking. Close enough to Clifton Hill, the Falls and the Rapids for whitewater rafting.

"Unique Boutique"
Surrounded by "chain hotels", THE TOWER is a breath of fresh air. Enter the beautiful foyer, lounge and Front Desk, with it's eye-catching décor. Touches of Marilyn Monroe, here n' there, intrigue the visitor. Be sure to make a reservation for a table with a view of the Niagara River gorge at MARILYN's restaurant on the 26th Floor. Choose a room on the 29th Floor, or if you can handle stairs, on the 30th (top) floor. Unique décor in every room, whether City-view or Fallsview! Friendly staff made our 4-day stay so much more pleasant.
