Red Coach Inn

"Overall, the property and its entire staff is first-rate! From the moment we stepped in to check in to our room and throughout our entire stay, we felt welcome and at-home. The staff is wonderful! The front desk staff, whichever shift it is, is great! The restaurant staff (Kevin and Beth, I'm talking about you!) are attentive and made sure we had everything we need. One morning, the service wasn't as fast because of understaffing; the manager (I didn't get her name) jumped right in and took orders, bussed tables, filled coffee cups... I love that! Our daily cooked-to-order breakfast is hot and fresh and always came out fast! I also appreciate that the staff accommodated our need for an early morning breakfast for our last day (because of an early flight). They arranged for a to-go continental breakfast the night before. So thoughtful! Speaking of last day, I decided to try the bar on our last day and had the pleasure of being served by Kimberly Anne at the bar. She's awesome! My only minor comment is that wall in our bathroom (in the Essex room) shares a wall with the back of the kitchen, so you can hear talking/pots clanging, etc. through the wall. So maybe just avoid that room. We will definitely be back here and will only consider staying at the Red Coach Inn next time we visit Niagara Falls!"

"The hotel was very clean. The suite was spacious with a refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel is located close to a casino and the rainbow bridge which takes you into Canada. The only thing I didn’t realize before booking is there is no pool or hot tub! I really wish they had a pool. The breakfast was tasty and the bar has Happy Hour with $5 drinks! Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others, only if you don’t mind not having a pool."
