Old and run down Smelled so bad from the time you walk in The pool looked like a swamp The room smelled as well Not enough towels and no one around to get them Bedding was disgusting The closet had no door knobs The mirror in the bathroom was dirty so was the sink Utterly disgusting

You get what you pay for at this property, went for the cheaper night stay but it did show. The front desk attended was hardly at the front desk, the bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, the garbage wasn’t emptied, had a hard time getting the tvs to work, it was very noisy at night heard people in their rooms above us, dog’s barking as it was a pet friendly hotel. Probably will not stay here again.

Overall this was disappointing. Hallways were filthy, never once saw housekeeping staff. Room wasnt cleaned we stayed 2 nights Evening front staff seemed to operate it like a childcare facility. It appeared that staffs children were hanging out in the pool while Mom worked the front desk. Same chikd and friends or siblings were in the pool after the pool was said to be closed for the evening. Smoke free hotel yet staff were vaping at check in desk. Parking lot snow removal was awful.

There was blood on the one sheets so we asked for new bedding and they took 6 hours to give the bedding. The lights in the bathroom were broken and the people next door were so loud the room was shaking. Why are there parties happening during the middle of the night? Ridicoulas. Was overall not a good experience for the price. The staff was nice but was not happy with the cleanliness

Had to ask to have our garbage picked up in our room as it was overflowing after our second day. No housekeeping happened for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was good and breakfast area was always clean and stuff was replenished quickly.
