Place was worst I have had ever been, staff were noisy and unfair, my wife went early for breakfast or coffee and she was treated unfair. Elevator was not working, staff were knocking at the door too often, it was not clean at all. I will not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Stayed one night and would never go back. I booked it knowing we were arriving after 10pm and the location was close to the falls. The 2 queen room I booked for 4 of us was not available when we arrived so we had 1 king and a pull out sofa. Although there were no smoking signs everywhere, as soon as we walked in our room it smelled like an ashtray. We had no choice but to stay because it was so late. Nobody fell asleep that night. When the AC kicked on it smelled like someone was blowing cigarette smoke directly into your face, the extra blanket for the pull out sofa was so thin and felt like sandpaper, and the room was filthy. Free breakfast was questionable so we stuck with bagels. Worst night at a hotel we’ve ever had.

Overall the property and room were clean. The staff were helpful and cordial. The only thing was the pool can be cleaner and have more towels in the pool area for the guest.

Positives - 1. Room was large and bathroom was clean. 2. Breakfast was good. 3. Parking was close. 4. Hotel was only 10 minutes from the falls. 5. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Negatives - 1. The luggage cart was too wide and did not fit through the room door so you had to leave it in the hall which was inconvenient for unloading and loading luggage. 2. We had our dog and the designated pet walking area was overloaded with trash. 3. The pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, we had a nice time and would consider staying there again.
