"The staff were extremely helpful and check-in was a breeze with coupons given for area attractions. There is a fairly large well stocked Starbucks on site next to the main entrance. On site is also a rainforest Café as well as another restaurant that looked very nice, but I had booked dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe just a block away. Niagara Falls is also extremely close and just a block or two away. The Seneca Casino is across the street and there are many shops nearby.. There is a very large parking lot with plenty of space for larger vehicles. I thought it was an excellent location with many amenities."

"A clean, comfortable, affordable room with friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the coffee, juice, yogurt, fresh Belgian style waffles and other continental breakfast fare (though no eggs or other protein) provided every morning in the shared dining area."

"Quiet! That matters a lot when you are sleeping in a strange place. I slept solidly both nights. I asked for an accessible room because I need to have bars in the bathroom. They provided quite a lot of bars in the bathtub which made me feel so much safer. I'm not in a wheelchair but they went out of their way to explain the door was programmed to close in 30 seconds to accommodate wheelchair entry and exit. I understood, got used to waiting for the door to close anytime I left. There were plenty of towels, everything was really clean. You can tell it's an old building, but after all, you're not at Niagara Falls to hang around your room all day. Reasonably priced, centrally located a plus."
