The hotel was clean, nice gym and work out area, the staff was really friendly! They had food and bars in the parking lot (literally) so it was nice to have that option. And breakfast was really good! Overall great stay, the staff and area made the experience even better!

Staybridge Amherst is our favorite Buffalo Hotel. They are very friendly. Theresa is awesome. My son was graduating from his medical residency and they had a gift left over from the Buffalo college graduates. They gave it to us. Very much appreciated act of kindness. This place is a good place to stay

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the facilities were clean. Our only issue was a strong fish smell in our room all four days. We think this may have come from another room where the guests were cooking. Even with this, we would consider staying again.

I needed a room at 11:00 pm after a really bad VRBO experience. I am the trip coordinator for a group of young men who needed a kitchen and spacious layout. What an amazing property! I called to see if we could extend the stay for 2 weeks (cheaper than staying at a VRBO in the area with great amenities), and the office staff was so kind and helpful, but they were booked for the type of room I needed. Perfect property for families!
