When requesting sheets for the pullout couch, they wouldn’t bring them to the room. They told me to take them myself. I asked if they could hold on to them for me while I unloaded my family and belongings and they said no. Told me to place them in the lobby. So my sheets were sitting in the lobby with other guests. The whole interaction was awkward.

We wanted two rooms with queen beds, we ended up with two rooms with a kong bed and a pullout coach instead, glad they accomidated instead of telling us they didnt have what we wanted. Room and bathroom were very clean and smelled amazing. Breakfast was top tier as well

Great value for the price! Easy 10 minute drive to the Falls. Room was clean and kept well. The hotel is under some renovations, which it needs. But we were comfortable here and it was quiet. Mostly families traveling. Good breakfast buffet, but a small dining room.

The first great experience I had at this hotel was the professionalism displayed by the receptionist. He's soft spoken and very knowledgeable. The room is very clean and cozy. My children really enjoyed the breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Kudos.

Rooms were big and clean, excellent breakfast with features like pancake maker and food items like pre-made omelettes. Most impressive was an endless supply of tea, coffee and freshly made ice tea with lemons in the lobby. 10 mins from the falls. The place to stay if you are visiting the US side of Niagara Falls.

I paid for two nights, on our trip we had a delay and we couldn't arrive for our first night, but on the second night we were already there in the town, and when we registered, the person who attended us said in a very bad way, by the way, he said no. There was nothing for us.
