Pictures look nothing like hotel checked in at 6:00pm was ready to leave by 7:00 and when i requested a refund i was told they would contact the manager to which i never received i response when i originally arrived to my room it was disgusting and infested with bug's without a doubt the worst hotel ive ever stayed at do not waste your money here

We did not need much help from staff, but check in took a little long for checking in for one night. The complimentary breakfast was not bad but was average. The area was fine, it was such a short stay anyways.

The gentleman who checked me in for my stay was not very informative and I was not able to make the time for the complimentary breakfast. As someone who booked a room with handicapped features. I was not offered any kind of assistance getting to the room or even the correct directions to get to room. The room was actually quite a distance from the front door. The hotel was basically quiet. It would have been nice to know that I needed my passwords to loginto Netfix.

we’ve always liked staying at this hotel especially since it is next door to Walden Galleria Mall and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby. The hotel room we stayed in was spacious and we liked the easy access to the courtyard. Check-in was ok at the time we booked. We couldn’t do an early check-in as the hotel was fully booked the night before however there were lots of space in the lobby to hang around and liked the fountain feature in front. Pool was nice however it was too cold and we didn’t stay long. Wished it was a bit more warmer especially for the kids to play in cause they couldn’t enjoy it as much. Breakfast options was great. The staff did an awesome job keeping up with the demands as people walked in. Overall experience was great and would not hesitate staying here again.

I reserved a room for five people and paid $10 for the fifth person to use an additional bed. The bed was never provided even after multiple requests, the front desk staff promised to send over the bed each time. We slept uncomfortably after a 10 hour drive. Very unprofessional.

The pool was closed no one had an answer why, it was upsetting it is the middle of summer and it was an indoor pool. Cracks in sink and tub. Dirty everywhere. There was a hair on the tub wall I took photos. The air condition did not really work. A small amount of air would come out. Could not change rooms because they were full. Will never stay there again. The airport is cleaner then that hotel
