I went in December so it is the offseason. The hotel itself was great. The US side of Niagara Falls was pretty dead though, hard to find a restaurant. Luckily Quality Hotel did have a Papa johns attached to the hotel, they also had a decent breakfast (Yogurt, bagels, and waffle makers).
Pretty quiet hotel. Mostly clean (some pieces of plastic and other things on the carpet). Bathroom was spacious and had everything in it (towels, toiletries etc)
I recommend booking with Quality hotel, check out the US side one day and spend the rest of your time in Canada. The Canadian side has a lot more activities, restaurants and amusement parks which are open throughout the winter.
