Walking distance from the falls. Food options on site and open late which was great. Coffee in room and in the lobby. Parked at the hotel Monday around noon, our room was ready early, and never had to touch our vehicle until we checked out Wednesday. No issues finding parking. Parking is an extra $20 per night, I knew ahead so it was not a problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice during our entire stay. Only issue we saw was the pool needed cleaning. But we had so much around us to occupy our time that none of us minded not going in the pool. Other reviews had me a little nervous so we lowered our expectations. But when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Thank you! 10/10 for our stay!

Overall, out stay was OK. I think they could improve the breakfast situation; there are not enough tables to sit, and the food is not very good.

The shower , toilet, walls, carpet, and bedding were so dirty. It was so gross . Spider and centipede. The carpet had a bad smell to dirty feet, the blankets had dirty spots, and it was human body hair all over. Im ver disappointed.

Parking is limited at the hotel, had to park 2 blocks away in a parking ramp. The room at first glance looked clean, but we found someones false eye lashes on the night stand, and someones satin night gown hanging in the bathroom. We also found little bits of chips and crackers on the floor. The hallways and elevator were hot and stuffy. The staff was friendly and helpful and eager to please. Everything at the falls was within 2 blocks of the hotel so we didnt need our car. The bar staff were great, and the kitchen staff were friendly, disappointed that they dont have hot breakfast during the week, only on weekends. Overall i would give the hotel a 3 out of 5, the staff 5 out 5 and location a 5 out of 5

The hotel was located very close to the tourist areas. However, we did not appreciate the parking situation. The main lot was full so we were directed to a public lot several blocks away from the hotel. Also, the room was not up to cleanliness standards.

It’s a very good option on a budget. The staff is great. You can hear everything around the room at night, like people talking on the hall and adjacent rooms. The breakfast experience is not great. However, We liked the extra sofa and chairs in the room. The location makes this property the best deal in town.

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The fridge was large enough. Full size shampoo and conditioner. Cons: Pool was not looking clean so we didn’t even attempt to use it. A larger person would not have been able to get into the bathroom. There was coffee, but nothing to make it with…no Keurig was there! Staff at the breakfast buffet did not clean any tables the whole time we were there. No shower gel.

Our rooms had broken doors and locks. There were no towels, we had to get them from the front desk. It was old and out dated. The connection door had been broken into from one side. The air conditioner was making a rattling sound for 2 days. The water did not drain from the shower.

Hotel was in a great location. It was very nice to be able to walk right out the hotel and be in Niagara Falls State Park in 5 mins. Plus all of the shops and things to do outside of the park were also located in that little area around the hotel. The free breakfast was great along with the on site late dining options. My only recommendation would be to clean the pool, the water appeared very cloudy and uninviting to the point that we deferred in using it. With that being said I would still recommend staying here and if I ever return would also come here again.

Very dirty and not taken care of, bathroom was disgusting. Location was good. Staff and ither customers were arguing inappropriately in front reception area. Was not "quality "
