The rooms were pretty nice but the staff at our check in time were borderline rude and were showing some unwarranted attitude. When I asked if there is an electric charging outlet, they responded with “i don’t know… I don’t drive an EV” … I will say that not all staff were like that but it was really disappointing that Wyndham garden would have staff like that. And in terms of facilities they didn’t open the Restaurant or the Starbucks for the entire stay and it was really disappointing. They didn’t have much options for electric charging either. The rooms were pretty clean. No issues there.

The property manager Christian was a really nice and helpful manager. However my wife and I were disapointed with the lack of breakfast, that was stated to be apart of the stay on the website, the shower door fell off randomly, the price for the room was not justified for what was provided and the size of the room couldve been larger. We upgraded the room expecting more than just a large bed. $1600 is not chump change and for that amount of money we couldve stayed else where. The supposed restaurant was also closed the whole time we stayed there and starbucks was only partially open for 2 days out of our stay. Overall I could be more forgiving had the price of the stay was not so high, the only benefit this hotel really offers is the proximity to the rainbow bridge to Canada. It is truly a shame because the webite promised more than what was given and if i coupd i would habe asked for a partial refund of my money.

Customer service was awesome. The only issue we had was the water temperature in the shower. You have to let it run for several minutes to get hot, which isn't an issue in and of itself, but then the hot doesn't adjust to a reasonable temperature.
