Centrally located but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 2 bedroom apartment is a 2 minute drive (15 minute walk) to the heart of downtown Niagara Falls and features an outdoor firepit and stocked with Kiehl's luxurious soaps/hair products (shampoo, conditioner and hand soaps).

Guests will have access to their own apartment (Modern City Central) through the front door and foyer. Entry for the front door and Home Away from Home apartment door are via 2 keypads and smart locks.

Parking is free for one vehicle on driveway and located on property to the front of the house. Parking spots are allocated by number, ie apartment 1 (Modern City Central) is parking spot # 1.

We live a few hours away but we have a great maintenance person close by that can be available when needed.

Unique quiet neighbourhood, 2 mins drive away from Clifton Hill. WeGo bus stop is at the end of our street (2 min walk)

There are a variety ways of getting around Niagara Falls. We recommend if you are looking to have a night out to take a taxi or uber to dt Niagara Falls. If you fancy visiting Niagara Falls and Clifton hill there is multiple places to park along the strip. Please note during the holidays and weekends the parking lots surcharge their rates to $20 downtown Niagara Falls. It will take you 3-5 mins to drive to Niagara Falls. WeGO bus stop is at the end of our street

This is on the ground floor of a 4 unit building. There is 3 other Airbnb units on the second and third floor. Modern City Central Apartment is Unit 1.

The house thermostat is set to a comfortable temperature and if you need to adjust the temperature to cool the space please turn on your portable A/C units.

There is no cable tv available.

● No parties are permitted in our home.

PETS
● We love animals, you are allowed to bring one of your furry friends for an additional pet fee.

QUIET TIME
● Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 pm-7 am.

Please be reminded that we have a zero-tolerance house rules policy for smoking, party, or noise. There is a fine of $400 for each offense plus reimbursement for damages.
