Staff member, a French black female, stole my mother's white trousers. Mom left it on the table when we left the hotel room. A French black female was in charge of the floor at the time. When we came back, the trousers were missing. This is absolutely absurd. I will never go back to this hotel ever again and I recommend everyone to avoid this place. If you happen to book it for whatever reason, DO NOT use their parking facility, on-site or off-site. There is another parking right next to their off-site parking, which is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Much cheaper.

Hotel was fine. Room clean and spacious. Good location. Like everything else in Niagara falls paid far more than you would have for equivalent room in another city.

Room was nice, clean spacious! Only service every 3rd day unless you call down and need something. No coffee or treats in the lobby. The big kicker $40 per day to park, that is outrageous!!!!! And they charged us in Canadian dollars too boot!!

This was close to Fallsview and had close restaurant options, hotel was very clean and staff seemed nice. Only drawback is parking being expensive considering it was a block away on an ungated lot.

My only problem was the microwave. My kids were unable to drink their milk for a day. Called the staff they keep on insisting it is working while it was not working. But got it solved after 24h. Overall, all was good
