This is a lovely place downtown and the host did a great job of communicating with us. However, the area of town where it is located has many shady characters who linger around and a noisy bar nearby. We had to access entry to the building via a lockbox attached to the door every time we went in or out. This was cumbersome and nerve wracking, especially at night. Also, do not stay here if you are elderly or have any mobility issues. There are 19 steep steps inside and a sunken tub that is quite slippery.

My experience
My experience at this Vrbo was great ! We enjoyed the location and accessibility to everything. The unit was fully stocked with everyday items. The noise outside maybe loud if quite sleepers but overall was a wonderful stay. Cindy was very communicative and respectful. I will recommend to my friends and family.

Convenient stay for Niagara area!
This apartment is clean and bright, well stocked, and perfectly located. We really enjoyed our stay! There is a WeGo bus stop literally just out the door that will get you to anywhere you want to go in the park and Clifton Hill attractions would be a manageable walk from the apartment for most people. Cindy is a great host, good communication! Heads up, it is on a main street surrounded by businesses and street noise was significant, especially on the weekend. It didn't bother us but if that's an issue for you look elsewhere. There is also a mandatory flight of stairs to enter the apartment which might make it unsuitable for those with mobility challenges.
